On the Saturday, the conference “Pitina e territorio” (Pitina and its territory) and the awards ceremony of the second edition of the competition dedicated to Mattia Trivelli, the Tramonti butcher who was the first to sell the pitina commercially in the 1980s; on the Sunday, the Pro Loco’s 17th Festa della Pitina.
