Festa della Pitina 2019
Friday 19 – Sunday 21 July 2019
Three summer days at Tramonti di Sopra with the producers’ market organised by the Pro Loco together with Slow Food del Pordenonese: opening on Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday. Priority to the Slow Food Presidia, the Ark of Taste, organic producers and producers from the valley; even then no plastic, only compostable materials. A pre-registration form in English bears witness to the first foreign producers.

- Fri 19 · 6 pm opening of the market and wine bar; conference “Il nostro territorio e le sue eccellenze” (Our territory and its finest products) (Sergio Emilio Bini, Giacomo Urban, Guglielmina Cucci, Giampaolo Bidoli, Diana Candusso, Silvio Barbero)
- Fri 19 · 8 pm “Cigars, rum and chocolate – a journey into the world of smoked foods”; 8.30 pm cheese and beer workshop
- Sat 20 · 10 am “Mani in pasta” (Hands in the dough) for children; 11 am round table on social tourism in FVG; 3–4 pm meetings with the authors Lorenzo Cardin and Cinzia Scaffidi (Villa Sina); 5 pm Plastic Free workshop; 7 pm meeting of Italian and foreign Presidia; 7.30 pm aperitif with pitina; 8 pm Presidia tasting
- Sun 21 · 10 am weaving and recycling; 11 am hemp workshop; 3 pm Daniela Doretto; 4 pm “Officina della Pitina” (The Pitina Workshop) with Manuel Gambon; 6 pm “Disco Soup”, a dinner against food waste (Food for Change)
- Market: Friday from 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday all day (exhibitors’ rules)
