International Earth Market
Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November 2022 · The pitina and local traditional products reinterpreted through other culinary traditions, Italian and foreign
The edition of the return to in-person events after 2020, with the festival moved to November. An international Earth Market with producers from Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Armenia; show cooking with Lena Flaten (Sweden), Bernd Ratjen (Germany) and Stefano Basello (Udine); the Cooks’ Alliance dinner “Jam Session a 14 mani” (a fourteen-hand jam session); a walk to the Pozze Smeraldine with tasting at Borgo Titol; workshops on mountain cheeses, honeys, grappa, gin, Pestìth, Mortandela and pitina; presentations of the books “Dieci anni di Premio Trivelli” and “Il chilometro consapevole” with Carlo Catani.
